Domestic and International Orders

True Wind accepts both domestic and international orders.

Custom Orders

Companies, yacht clubs, regattas, teams and schools can custom embroider our merchandise with their logo. Minimum quantity is 12 items regardless of style, color or size. To learn more or to place a custom order, please contact us.

Monogram Orders

All of our products can be monogramed with a person's name or initials. Minimum quantity is one item and the additional cost is $15.00 per monogram. If you wish to monogram more than one item in your order, you will need to select and add one item at a time to your Shoppping Basket. View the Monogramming page to learn more, or contact us.

Checkout Procedures

Once you have selected your item(s) for purchase, select "Shopping Basket" and you will automatically be brought to the "Your Shopping Basket" page.

On the "Your Shopping Basket" page, you can verify the contents of your order, make edits, set quantities and calculate shipping rates. When your order is finalized, you can then proceed to the 'Checkout' page.

On the "Checkout" page, you will be asked to enter billing, shipping and payment information, and to select a shipping method.

At all times throughout the checkout process you will have the ability to edit your order.

Important Notice

For your security, the billing address you use during the checkout process must match the address on your credit card statement or your credit card may be declined.

New or Returning Customers

To make your shopping experience as effortless as possible, we offer you the ability to register with us and establish a customer account. When you establish a customer account all of your shipping, billing and e-mail information is stored with us, which saves you time checking out during future visits. If you choose not to establish an account, and shop anonymously, your shipping and billing information will not be stored with us. Please know that any information stored with us is done so securely and held in the strictest of confidence.

Order Confirmation E-mails

After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. This e-mail should arrive within several minutes of placing your order and includes your order number. Should you need to make any returns or exchanges you will need the information provided in the confirmation. Please know that we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed.
