Shipping Methods
We are pleased to offer Free UPS® Standard Ground shipping on orders shipped in the continental United States only. The per order minimum to qualify for Free shipping is $150.00, and applies to merchandise only. Taxes do not count toward the qualifying amount. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.
If you choose to ship UPS® Standard Ground and are shipping to multiple addresses, you will receive Free shipping on all shipping destinations if more than $150.00 in merchandise is shipped to an address.
To participate, simply add merchandise to your Shopping Basket and Free UPS® Standard Ground shipping will automatically be applied. You must select the "UPS Standard Ground" option on the Check-out page to receive the Free shipping offer.
In addition to UPS® Standard Ground, we also offer domestic customers FedEx® and UPS® Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, 2-Day, and Express Saver.
International customers can choose between the following shipping methods: USPS® Global Express Guaranteed and USPS® Express Mail International (EMS.)
Order Processing Times
Regular orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Monogram orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Corporate custom orders are typically processed within 7-14 business days.
Important Notices
- Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday), excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- Weekends are not calculated in delivery times.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or hotel addresses.
- We are not responsible for any international custom charges, duties or taxes and cannot determine in advance what these charges will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
